Whistler is it! I’ve skied more or less everywhere in Europe and there is nowhere, Val d’Isere, Courchevel and St. Anton included to touch Whistler for the great terrain, the long season and the fantastic restaurants (good value, too). I found my Whistler accommodation from Holiday Whistler and it was great: ski-in, ski-out with a fantastic private hot tub and a huge wood-burning fireplace.
