I AM A GRANDMA OF 7 GRANDCHILDREN 1 GRANDDAUGHTER AND 6 GRANDSONS WE WENT FOUR YEARS AGO AND IT WAS THE BEST VACATION ANYONE IN OUR FAMILY HAD. WE ARE GOING BACK THIS SEPTEMBER AND CAN HARDLEY WAIT. THE GRANDCHILDREN ARE ALL TEENAGERS BUT THEY CAN’T WAIT EITHER. I MAKE A SCRAPEBOOK OF THE PICTURES, AND IT MAKES THE BEST SCRAPEBOOK VACATION EVER. THE MEMORIES ARE GREAT!!!! WE RENT OUR HOME FROM CAROLINA DESIGNS.

We are a group of 18,(girls and guys) all in ages from 26-30 - some married, some couples, and some singels. We rent a vacation house called the Damn Fish! The most relaxing week of my life! We all used to go to the party tourist spots, but we are now going back for year 2. OBX is like the camping trip in a beach house mansion with great friends!

Rent a vacation home!! They’re the best. I rented through SeaSide Reality. We had Dolphin’s Dream (that’s the name of the house). It was spectacular. Plenty of rooms and space to spread out with a large family only a few blocks from the ocean, right in Kitty Hawk. I don’t think there’s a more relaxing way to spend a vacation than by renting a vacation home in the Outer Banks.
