Vegas is Disney Land for adults - complete with rides and shows. Although you certainly could spend all your time in the various casinos, there is so much more to do. Here are some of my particular favorites:
    - Walk through Venice (the hotel that is). It’s like stepping into Italy. You can even ride a gondola on the canal that run through the hotel.
    - Visit Caeser’s Palace. The shopping arcade is amazing, and you never know what you’ll see. (Some of the statues come to life periodically).
    - Have some mid-eastern food at Aladdin. You’ll also hear great music, see belly dancers, and camels (well, people in camel costumes) walking around.
    - See the white tigers at the Mirage. I’m really sorry I missed the chance to see Sigfreid and Roy perform, but at least you can still see the tigers.
    - Check out the pirate fight in front of the Treasure Island hotel.
    - See the dancing water fountains in front of the Bellagio. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning inside. Worth a walk around.
    - One of my favorites to visit is the Luxor. Step back in time to ancient Egypt. You can even take a boat ride on the “River Nile” that runs through the pyramid shaped hotel.
    - New York, New York, the NY-themed hotel has an actual roller coaster than runs through it.
    - If you like rides, Circus Circus also has rides inside the hotel.
    - Want to go back to the middle ages? Into knights in shining armour? Then you’ll want to spend some time at Excalibur. You can see actual jousting and swordplay there.
    - Restaurants abound - you can really have any style of food, from any country of origin.
    - At night, you can take in one of numerous shows. There are always several Cirque De Soleil shows taking place in various hotels. Plus, big acts like Elton John, Celine Dion, etc, are often in town.
    - If you are a “Trekie” (ie: a big Star Trek fan), don’t miss the Las Vegas Hilton, which has a whole Star Trek experience including rides and 3-D shows.
