Best divinga nd inexpensive place to stay
All you wnated in a very quiet resort?
Glovers Atoll resort.
Not fancy but what Bonaire use to be like.
In a natural atoll preserve.
$250 a week….including the boat ride in and out ot this haven
from the noise and mania of
the mainlands….!

My wife and I work as attorneys for 2 large NY firms and have little time for vacations. We wanted a tropical, secluded Caribbean spot where we could snorkel beautiful reefs, hike through virgin rain forests and just feel like we were a world away. We settled on Placencia, Belize, a small and rustic village with wonderful locals and the most incredible beaches we’d ever seen.
Our travel agent booked us at Chabil Mar Villas, a fantastic, private tropical oasis that allowed us to stay connected and work a bit away from home via high speed internet. The villas are all air -conditioned ( and we needed it SEVERAL nights), the phone service was excellent, and we even had a washer and dryer in our villa. It was the very best of both worlds, being convenient and the ideal tropical get-away. We’re planning our 15th wedding anniversary at Chabil Mar, but next time we’re staying in the spectacular honeymoon suite, overlooking the
Caribbean. I can’t wait!!!! To all, have fun in Placencia, it’s like no where else you’ve ever been.
